Neon and Lines – The Next Big Thing in Shirts

OK, I’m no fashion genius. I still own a pair of Birkenstocks, they are rather comfy. But I do spend a lot of time around high school folk and I notice things. One thing I notice is that they like to text, listen to ipods and cuss a lot. But that isn’t what this post is about. This post is about fashion.

Neon is an up-and-coming color for shirts these days. Also simple geometric designs or simple lines. Simply take a nice soft shirt, draw some lines or things you can do in Microsoft Word or even that "Paint" program that came in the 386 computers, add some neon colors and BANG… Instant cool. Add a YL logo and BANG… Camp t-shirt.

These are great! Having YL shirts that the kids want to wear is important. Also another great site to see some different yet popular shirts is Threadless.com – Some of them can be weird, but a lot are really creative and will help with shirt ideas.

I used to be on YL staff and know a thing or two about the joy or sometimes the ordeal of getting camp t-shirts made. I now work for a design company that makes such tees. We do custom art for every order which means you will never have that awkward embarrassing moment at a work week where you realize the colors and dates may be different but that guy over there is wearing your same camp tee. Along with the security of originality you have the ability to send us an idea you’ve been spit balling to run with, or if you’d rather us work our creative mojo we can run wild for you (creatively of course). If you’re interested in creative, original, worry free design from someone who has stood in your shoes walking life with high school kids feel free to shoot me an email: Travis@holeintheroof.com and check out our website http://www.holeintheroof.com.
