Bring the cup in one at a time. Have a kid or leader down the water and goldfish and then read the announcement. Same thing with the second one. On the third one have a small carrot in the cup, or a goldfish in it and the leader has a small carrot hidden in their hand that they quickly put in their mouth. They make it seem like they are choking (while chewing the carrot), and then spit the chewed up carrot pieces into the crowd. The key is having the crowd see the live fish in the first two cups.
